Our customers have integrated Noah Temperature Control Systems into volume manufacturing facilities where equipment up-time is paramount.

Noah Precision recognizes that in order to minimize equipment down-time, we must offer a service & support network that can respond with quick turn-around-times (TAT) as required.

Noah provides qualified, factory trained sales & service representatives to support our global customer base. In most cases, our service & support network can provide component exchanges in less than 24-48 hours. In regions where our installed base is substantial, we target less that 4 hour exchange TAT by using locally managed spares inventory.

Support Requirement Example

Our modular design concept allows the Noah POU Thermoelectric module and/or Power Supply Controller (PSC) to be replaced in less than one hour. When required, the POU systems are supported exclusively by our D.E.P.

Our Stand-Alone systems are supported with locally managed critical spare parts and are designed to be easily repaired & maintained without returning to the Noah factory.
